$99.99 device purchase plus $49.99 set up charge minus 5 day shipping time service credit. ($99.99 device purchase + $49.99 set up + $15.00 shipping time service credit = $164.98 one time charge) plus a prorated fee for the first month.
SHIPPING TIME: If you need the device shipped to an alternate shipping address other than your account billing address, please enter that information below. Shipping takes up to 5 days from the original order date unless you have made other arrangements with us. Your monthly service is credited to allow for the 5 day shipping time.
USB PORT: Please be sure you have a usable USB port available on your system for using the USB device.
MONTHLY BILLING: The account will automatically bill $79.99 on the first of each month to the credit or debit card you have on file with us. You can check your invoice history and update billing information by logging in at members.millenicom.com/members with your contact email address and password you select when you sign up. Please note, we only accept credit/debit cards as means of payment.
CANCELLATION: You can close your account at anytime. Simply submit a cancel account ticket in our Member Center. You will be billed through the end of the calendar month in which we receive your request.

INTERNATIONAL RATES ~ Use of this service outside the US and Puerto Rico will accrue extremely high roaming and usage charges which will be applied to your next bill.
